Regidora por el Partido Revolucionario Dominicano – PRD

Penelope Marte es la joven regidora por el Partido Revolucionario Dominicano, reside en la comunidad de Sabana Angosta, nacida en Villa Tapia.

Sus padres Alexandra Charlestier Marte y el escritor Fernando Hiciano, es actualmente estudiante de la carrera de Medicina en la Universidad UTESA en la ciudad de Santiago.

Forma parte del Partido Revolucionario Dominicano desde el 30 de abril del 2019 cuando ella tomo la iniciativa y la decisión de lanzarse como precandidata a regidora por el mismo partido y por el cual logró su regiduría por la cuota femenina.

Su vocación es el trabajo social dirigido a jóvenes de la cual pertenece a la pastoral juvenil de la Parroquia San Rafael Arcángel.

Su labor como política se ha proyectado a la juventud, la mujer y la familia.

Su meta es mantener vínculo directo con la comunidad de Sabana Angosta, haciendo hincapié en lo religioso, deportivo y como centro las madres.

Tiene como misión trabajar por una Villa Tapia que sea de oportunidades y mejora de vida para los munícipes.
